Position Overview:
The Sports HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities within the sports management department. 7. Administer and enhance compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.

9. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and HRIS data management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the sports management industry.
3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support organizational goals.
6. Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
